he one fix they perform on the PCM would fix the misfire. It took 15 minutes to pull the PCM and put it in a box. Shipped it UPS ground. Since I paid the extra $50 for one-day turnaround from Circuit Board Medics they fixed it and sent it right back. Took 15 minutes to reinstall the PCM and it worked!
