There is an ongoing debate over when is too early to be decorating for the holidays. Fall decor shows up in department stores before summer ends; Christmas decorations make their appearance well before Halloween. Some businesses have decorations out even before there is a chill in the air!
Regardless of what side of that debate you fall on, the holiday season is coming. Now is the time to make sure your kitchen is in order. Sure, the weather is still warm. You may be grilling out more than baking in, but that will not be the case for long. Temps will drop, and holiday get-togethers will ramp up. You will need that oven…is it working?
If you don’t know the answer to that question, now is the best time to find out. Step into the kitchen and turn the knob (or press the button). Preheat that bad boy to see what happens. Does it work? If yes, fantastic! You can stop reading. If not…well…you may need to give us a call at 800-547-2049. Circuit boards in ovens fail over time. Failure can cause the oven to stop heating, to overheat, or to lose certain functions (bake or broil). Unfortunately, many older oven boards are not produced anymore, which leaves folks with few options. You could find a used board, or you could buy a replacement oven–if you can find one available that fits! Alternatively, you can send your oven board in for repair and have it functioning better than it did when it was new in a matter of days.
We repair the existing control board from your oven. When we repair an oven control board, we not only replace the relays or capacitors that have failed, we address every known issue to help guard against future failures. You may be the type to wait until the last minute to get this service completed. You are free to do that, but you risk getting caught in the holiday rush with everyone else and not having a working oven for turkey day. When your oven fails to work, Thanksgiving is a struggle.
Don’t procrastinate. Save the holiday feast now. As a wise man once said, “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.” Let us help you stay ready for culinary success this year.
