We offer discounted return shipping rates through Federal Express (FedEx). You can see the shipping rates once you have added the item to your shopping cart. See the chart and map below for detailed information about your shipping options. Standard shipping rates and delivery times may vary for locations outside of the continential US. Some of our items qualify for free shipping. This free shipping is for the continental US only. Live shipping rates can be found once you add your item to the shopping cart.
Why do you not list your address on your website?
We do require our customers to place their order before shipping their item in for repair. For this reason, we do not list our address on our website. Items have been shipped to us with no contact information inside the box, and shipments have been delayed due to the owners being difficult to contact. Requiring the order to be placed in advance ensures that we will have the proper contact information for you, and it also ensures that the repair will not be delayed due to a billing issue. We will email you a receipt once your order is placed. Our address will be at the top of that receipt. Ship your item to us at the address on your receipt.
Do I have to sign for my package once delivered?
We do not require signature delivery on our outgoing packaged unless specified by the customer. This is standard among companies who ship large volumes and helps speed up the shipping process. If you would like for us to require a signature for your item to be delivered, please call us after placing your order and we can set that up for you.
